Trident Eye and Retina Hospital offers a complimentary initial cataract consultation for new patients who submit a booking request via this website. This free consultation includes a brief clinical evaluation by Dr. Aakash Deep or a designated member of the clinical team and is limited to an assessment of cataract-related symptoms. Comprehensive biometric measurements, full eye examinations, investigations, and surgical procedures are not included in the free consultation and will be billed separately at prevailing rates.
3.2 Appointment Confirmation
Submitting the online booking form does not constitute a confirmed appointment. A confirmed appointment is established only when a member of our care team contacts you by phone and verbally confirms the date, time, and availability. Our team will endeavour to contact you within 2 business hours of form submission during working hours (Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST).
